After an appraisal is initiated, based on the appraisal scheme the evaluation form has to be completed by the employee or the manager or the reviewing manager.
This section describes the steps involved in completing the appraisal form.
|Employee evaluation in progress||Employee||Evaluation form is in Employee’s To Do List. Employee has to complete the form. After completion, the form is assigned to the relevant owner based on the appraisal scheme.|
|Manager evaluation in progress||Manager||Evaluation form is in Manager’s To Do List. Based on the scheme, the manager can view the feedback by the Employee. Manager has to complete the form. After completion, the form is assigned to the relevant owner based on the appraisal scheme.|
|Review in progress||Reviewing Manager||Evaluation form is in Reviewing manager’s To Do List. Reviewing Manager can view the feedback by the Employee and the Manager. Reviewing Manager moderates the feedback from both and does the final rating. After completion, appraisal is moved to completion.|
|Pending Sign-off||Employee||Appraisal is waiting for the Employee to sign off on the feedback. Employee can sign-off on the appraisal from the To Do list. After completion, appraisal is moved to completion.|
