Goal Review – Start Review

Overview

Starting a goal review is a two step process.

In the first step, you need to specify the list of goals to be reviewed, reviewing  manager and evaluation period. At this juncture the goal review is in draft status.

As a next step, you need to start the review. Starting review will

  • assign the goal review form to the employee.
  • Send notification to reviewing manager and the employee that the Goal Review is active and started.

Training

Manager

  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. Click “Team” link from the top menu.
  3. From the list of direct reports, identify the employee whose appraisal has to be changed.

HR Manager

  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. Click “HR Corner” link from the top menu.
  3. From the employee list, identify the employee whose appraisal has to be changed.

4. Click the Employee’s name (or) “More” link.

5. Employee summary page appears.

6. Under “Reviews” section click the “Current Reviews” link.

7. From the list of ongoing reviews, identify the goal review which requires to be started.

8. Click “Start Review” link to start the evaluation.
