Goals – Define a Goal

Overview

An employee goal can be set by the employee himself or by the Manager in Athri. The basic attributes needed to define a goal are as follows

  • Goal Title
  • Goal Outcome
  • Target date by which the goal needs to be achieved.
  • Define milestones to achieve this goal.
  • Documents which can serve as reference material.

Manager has the option to add skills required to accomplish the Goal.

Once a goal is set and accepted by the employee, Manager can change these attributes or remove this goal from the employee’s list of goals to be achieve.
