This section explains the life cycle of a Goal. A goal can be defined by the employee for self or by the Manager. Once the goal is in effect, employee or the Manager can update the progress as well as note their comments. The goals are periodically reviewed by the employee and Manager for progress and course correction.
During the review, if the Manager feels that the goal objectives are met, he can close the goal assigned to an employee. If there are any skills defined as part of the goal, Athri automatically updates the skill profile based on the goal review ratings.
