Multi-rater Evaluation – Change Evaluation

Overview

A multi-rater evaluation can be changed till the evaluation is completed. You can change the following parameters.

  • Reviewing Manager.
  • Evaluation form
  • Evaluation period (from date and to date)
  • Rating scheme (If the evaluation is started, you can not change the rating scheme. Can change only when the evaluation is in Not stared state)
  • Raters can be added or deleted. (If a member has completed the evaluation, his name can NOT be deleted)

A notification will be sent to the rating team, Manager and the Employee that the evaluation has changed. Refer below for the steps to change the Evaluation.

Training

Manager

  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. Click “Team” link from the top menu.
  3. From the list of direct reports, identify the employee whose appraisal has to be changed.

HR Manager

  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. Click “HR Corner” link from the top menu.
  3. From the employee list, identify the employee whose appraisal has to be changed.

4. Click the Employee’s name (or) “More” link.

5. Employee summary page appears.

6. Under “Reviews” section click the “Current Reviews” link.

7. From the list of ongoing reviews, identify the multi-rater evaluation which requires change.

8. Click “Change” link.

9. The multi-rater change screen appears.

10. Make the required changes, and click the “Save Changes” button.
