Multi-rater Evaluation – Start Evaluation

Overview

Starting a multi-rater evaluation is a two step process.

In the first step, you need to specify the rating team, evaluation form and evaluation period. At this juncture the multi-rater evaluation is in draft status.

As a next step, you need to start the evaluation. Starting an evaluation will

  • assign the evaluation form to the rating team.
  • Send notification to the rating team, reviewing manager and the employee that the multi-rater evaluation is active and started.

Refer below for the steps to start a multi-rater evaluation

 

Training

Manager

  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. Click “Team” link from the top menu.
  3. From the list of direct reports, identify the employee whose appraisal has to be changed.

HR Manager

  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. Click “HR Corner” link from the top menu.
  3. From the employee list, identify the employee whose appraisal has to be changed.

4. Click the Employee’s name (or) “More” link.

5. Employee summary page appears.

6. Under “Reviews” section click the “Current Reviews” link.

7. From the list of ongoing reviews, identify the multi-rater which requires to be started.

8. Click “Start Review” link to start the evaluation.
