Performance – Reporting

Overview

This section describes the reporting feature available under performance in Athri. Performance reports can be classified in to the following categories

  • My Reports (reports pertaining to the logged in user’s records)
  • Team Reports (reports pertaining to your direct reports performance)
  • HR Manager Reports (reports pertaining to the performance of employees whose organisation for which you are the HR Manager)
  • Analytical Reports (System wide analytical reports around performance)

Let us look at the available reports under each category.

My Reports

1. My Performance Review Report

This reports lists your completed performance reviews. The review includes your appraisal, multi rater evaluations, and Goal reviews. You can filter by evaluation type, year of evaluation. The evaluation period “To Date” is taken in to consideration for year calculations.

Team Reports

1. Team Performance 5 Year Summary

This summary report is about the performance of your team over a period of 5 years. Gives an overview and progression of the employee’s performance over a 5 year period. This report does not have filter and sort capabilities. This report has “drill down” capabilities. You will be able to click on the name of the employee and start analysing the details.

2. Team Performance Review – Detail Report

Performance report with Details. Report includes the employee name, reviewer name, review period, rating by the employee and reviewer and status.

3.Team Yearly Performance Review Report

Summary of the performance reviews for your team. This report list the results of the performance reviews for your team. Report includes the employee name, reviewer name, review period, rating by the employee and reviewer and status. You can filter the data by employee name, reviewer name, evaluation window and status.

4. Team Inprogress Performance Review Report

This report is useful for tracking the performance reviews which are currently in progress. Mainly used for follow up with the employee or manager or the reviewing manager. Performance reviews whose status is NOT Completed are only considered. This report is at the team level.

HR Manager Reports

1. HR Manager Yearly Performance Review Report

At organization level (for which you are the HR Manager), this report gives the feedback on performance review of employees. Useful for tracking the results, work with managers for improving employee performance and others. The results can be filtered by employee name, review period, status, organization and evaluating manager name.

2. HR Performance Review – Detail Report

Performance report with Details. Report includes the employee name, manager,job position, company, reviewer name, review period, rating by the employee and reviewer and status.

3. HR Inprogress Performance Review Report

This report is useful for tracking the performance reviews which are currently in progress. Mainly used for follow up with the employee or manager or the reviewing manager. Performance reviews whose status is NOT Completed are only considered. This report is at the HR Organization level.

Analytical Reports

1. Overall Performance Distribution

Analyse your organisation’s overall performance by classifying employee’s ratings in to range of scores. The review score for an employee is the average of the appraisal, multi rater evaluations and goal reviews in a year. This report has the “drill down” analysis feature. Using drill down, you will be able to view the individual employee’s performance in an year.

2. Organisation Performance Metrics

Find out how the employees are performing across Organisations. The employee performance scores are averaged across the organisation. This report has the “drill down” analysis feature. Using drill down, you will be able to view the individual employee’s performance in an year.

 

Training
  1. Sign-in to Athri.
  2. From the top menu click “Reports”.
  3. Based on your privilege in Athri, you will see the reports category.
  4. You should be able to launch the required report from one of the categories listed in the page.
