Reports – My Team Reports

Overview

This section gives you the list of reports for the Manager. These reports work based on the id of the logged in user. These reports are mainly used for follow-up and historical reporting. The reports cover goals, performance review, skill and to-do list. These reports are transactional in nature. For analytical reporting, use the Talent Analysis module in Athri.

Following are the list of reports available for the Manager.

Performance Review (includes Appraisal, Multi-rater Evaluation and Goal Reviews)

1. Team Performance 5 Year Summary:  This summary report is about the performance of your team over a period of 5 years. Gives an overview and progression of the employee’s performance over a 5 year period. This report does not have filter and sort capabilities.

2. Team Yearly Performance Review Report: Summary of the performance reviews for your team. This report list the results of the performance reviews for your team. Report includes the employee name, reviewer name, review period, rating by the employee and reviewer and status. You can filter the data by employee name, reviewer name, evaluation window and status.

3. Team Performance Review – Detail Report: Performance report with Details. Report includes the employee name, reviewer name, review period, rating by the employee and reviewer and status..

4. Team In-progress Performance Review Report: This report is useful for tracking the performance reviews which are currently in progress. Mainly used for follow up with the employee or manager or the reviewing manager. Performance reviews whose status is NOT Completed are only considered. This report is at the team level.

Goal Related

1. Team Goals In-progress report: This report provides the manager with the list of goals which are being worked on by the team members. Useful for the manager to track (or) schedule reviews. You can filter the results by employee name, job position or target date.

2. Team Goal History Report: List of completed goals by your team members. The job position column in the report is the job position of the employee when they achieved the goal

Plan Related

1. Team Pending Plan Status Report: List of plans pending for your team members and their status. This report includes all plan categories i.e. development, transition, succession plans or on the job training. You can filter the data by plan name, plan category, plan duration, status, due date and by the name of your team member. This report is mainly used for tracking and follow up.

2. Team Plan History Reports: List of plans completed by your team members . This report includes all plan categories i.e. development, transition, succession plans or on the job training. You can filter the data by plan name, plan category, plan duration, status, completion date and by the name of your team member.

Skill Related

1. Team Skill Summary report: This skill summary report is an overall view of skill(s) held by your team. The browser version can display only 10 skills. You can view the complete skills by exporting the report as Excel. Since this is a cross tab report, sorting and filtering is not available. For sorting and filtering, you can use the Excel version of the report.

2. Team Skill Gap report: This report summarizes the identified skill gaps for your team. The report lists the name of the employee, number of skills with gaps and their names. The skills scores are arrived as part of the new hire evaluation, Appraisal and development plans.Since this is a cross tab report, sorting and filtering is not available. For sorting and filtering, you can use the Excel version of the report.

Others

1. Team Open “To Do” List report: This report lists the open “To Do”lis of your team. The report includes activities like new hire evaluation, Plan activity feedback, appraisal (or) performance review feedback etc. You can filter the results by employee name, date assigned, the status and type of the activity. Mainly useful for tracking and follow up.

2. Team Activities Report: This report lists the activities performed by your team. The report includes activities like new hire evaluation, Plan activity feedback, appraisal (or) performance review feedback etc. You can filter the results by employee name, date assigned, the status and type of the activity.

 

Training
  • Sign-in to Athri as Manager.
  • Click "Reports" link from the top menu.
  • Based on your privilege, the report panel lists the report groups available for you to run.
  • Click the "My Team Reports" link.
  • Reports available under "My Team Reports" is displayed.
  • Click the required report title to run the report.
